I purchased a tool from Pro-Components Ltd. on August 13, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rusty V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
