I purchased a platform from Pro-Components Ltd. on September 18, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Annamae N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
