I purchased a item from Unified Metal on September 24, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Roel U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
