Account access issues with IntegrityWealth

On July 19, 2005, I signed up for IntegrityWealth's consultation at their North Colbyfort, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $588.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Malachi V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
