Hidden fees discovered from Cozy Suites & Resorts

On November 15, 2002, I signed up for Cozy Suites & Resorts's warranty service at their Lake Kacie, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $98.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Napoleon Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
