Unresolved issue with Fabrication & Alliance product

On March 13, 2010, I signed up for Fabrication & Alliance's return process at their Hellerborough, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $104.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amparo Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
