Frustrated with Build Contractors's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6297-NGA-2127 placed with Build Contractors on February 5, 1974. I paid $523.72 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Macy L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
