Advanced Contractors Contractors refused to address issue

On November 21, 2002, I signed up for Advanced Contractors Contractors's troubleshooting service at their Finnborough, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $597.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eveline W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
