I purchased a subscription from The Royal Resort on June 23, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maryam T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
