False promises made by The Royal Resort representative

On January 7, 2006, I signed up for The Royal Resort's support package at their South Rickey, Texas location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $930.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marcelina R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
