Paradise Stay Hotels Corp. refused to address issue

On March 29, 1971, I signed up for Paradise Stay Hotels Corp.'s upgrade service at their New Terrillstad, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $931.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Haven E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
