Quality issues with Global-Tech product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9208-FEH-3232 placed with Global-Tech on March 25, 2015. I paid $993.30 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dave E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
