I purchased a package from Global-Tech on September 27, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lisette T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
