I have been a loyal customer of Components Industries for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-8794-DJS-1939) on August 5, 1983, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
