Unsatisfactory resolution from Strong-Development Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3485-JZA-5373 placed with Strong-Development Corp. on August 29, 2011. I paid $639.72 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mack P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
