Billing dispute with Precision Design

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5870-QCC-8683 placed with Precision Design on February 4, 2016. I paid $265.15 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sienna D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 23, 2025 05:23I want to acknowledge that Precision Design has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $333.82 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $333.82 for a vacuum cleaner that never worked properly.
