I am writing regarding order #ORD-5870-QCC-8683 placed with Precision Design on February 4, 2016. I paid $265.15 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sienna D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Precision Design has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $333.82 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $333.82 for a vacuum cleaner that never worked properly.
