Quality issues with Pro Build Construction product

I want to report a serious concern with Pro Build Construction's product that I purchased on July 11, 2000 from your East Jordynhaven, South Dakota store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Heber M., but my issue remains unresolved.
