I purchased a subscription from GlobalFinance on November 24, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Catalina J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
