I am writing regarding order #ORD-4088-DVT-3195 placed with Secure Fiscal Rio de Janeiro Enterprises on May 21, 2009. I paid $410.7 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dell C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
