Misleading advertising by Crystal Mansion Columbus

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8199-YRB-5956 placed with Crystal Mansion Columbus on June 16, 2023. I paid $744.90 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Onie T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
