I am writing regarding order #ORD-8125-MKX-7079 placed with Silver Palace & Getaways on December 5, 2021. I paid $912.97 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lewis Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
