Poor customer service experience with Premier Savings

On February 29, 1976, I signed up for Premier Savings's upgrade service at their Boehmfurt, New York location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $398.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Virgil V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
