Hidden fees discovered from Mansion International Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7288-WGB-8266 placed with Mansion International Corp. on February 22, 2002. I paid $598.71 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Abdiel V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
