False promises made by SovereignSavings Enterprises representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5456-VGM-6103 placed with SovereignSavings Enterprises on January 9, 2021. I paid $234.17 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Krystel V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
