Summit Cash Alliance refused to address issue

On February 15, 1976, I signed up for Summit Cash Alliance's repair service at their Bernardshire, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $411.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Scot H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
