ATM malfunction at Heritage Money Palermo Group resulted in lost funds

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4454-TJE-9331 placed with Heritage Money Palermo Group on July 24, 2005. I paid $386.85 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kali A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
