I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Palace Group Dallas for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-8774-RAU-1072) on July 12, 2000, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
