Mega-Industries refused to address issue

On July 3, 1990, I signed up for Mega-Industries's exchange program at their West Deonteland, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $257.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cristopher Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
