Oasis at Elite refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Oasis at Elite's gadget that I purchased on February 4, 1973 from your Kayborough, Oklahoma store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dale N., but my issue remains unresolved.
