Misleading advertising by Allied Securities Inc.

On February 23, 1993, I signed up for Allied Securities Inc.'s upgrade service at their North Luna, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $84.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Philip F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
