I purchased a accessory from Golden Mansion & Hotels Montpellier Inc. on February 16, 2000. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Darby V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
