I am writing regarding order #ORD-6446-SZW-1804 placed with Bank Corporation Nagoya Corp. on April 29, 1996. I paid $41.90 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ludwig A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
