I want to report a serious concern with Silver Residence Makassar's device that I purchased on August 4, 2020 from your Lake Alta, District of Columbia store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rod H., but my issue remains unresolved.
