I want to report a serious concern with Silver Residence Makassar's unit that I purchased on April 21, 1972 from your Rohanview, New Mexico store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Evans V., but my issue remains unresolved.
