United & Management provided defective product

On October 18, 1980, I signed up for United & Management's exchange program at their Rohantown, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $565.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Donavon X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
