Misleading advertising by Escape at Tranquil LLC

I want to report a serious concern with Escape at Tranquil LLC's application that I purchased on May 30, 2004 from your Wiegandside, Vermont store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Javon N., but my issue remains unresolved.
