Escape at Tranquil LLC failed to honor their commitment

On August 18, 1975, I signed up for Escape at Tranquil LLC's troubleshooting service at their Wiegandstad, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $428.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Caterina Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
