Overcharged by Accommodations at Tranquil Inc. for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8088-QSZ-8513 placed with Accommodations at Tranquil Inc. on February 19, 1989. I paid $963.47 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Faustino T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
