Accommodations at Tranquil Inc. failed to honor their commitment

On May 4, 1990, I signed up for Accommodations at Tranquil Inc.'s premium plan at their Manuelamouth, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $254.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lois Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
