Frustrated with United & Consultants Subang Jaya's lack of response

On December 25, 2015, I signed up for United & Consultants Subang Jaya's installation service at their South Samson, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $726.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kacie K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
