I want to report a serious concern with Expert Builders Construction's appliance that I purchased on September 28, 2008 from your East Marjolaineberg, South Dakota store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Keely B., but my issue remains unresolved.
