Refund refused by Strong Projects & Sons Madrid

On August 10, 2020, I signed up for Strong Projects & Sons Madrid's repair service at their Reichertside, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $955.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Merlin N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
