Misleading advertising by The Elite Mansion

On August 26, 2015, I signed up for The Elite Mansion's troubleshooting service at their Robelchester, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $104.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Julia P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
