Frustrated with Quality Projects's lack of response

On October 17, 1981, I signed up for Quality Projects's consultation at their West Adeliaville, California location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $225.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Malvina W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
