I want to report a serious concern with Innovative Craft & Sons Juárez's account that I purchased on July 13, 1992 from your Brendanland, Idaho store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Scottie G., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from John Robinson at Innovative Craft & Sons Juárez offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The headphones was clearly defective from the start.
