Refund refused by Craft & Systems Naples Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9901-XCE-2434 placed with Craft & Systems Naples Corp. on December 31, 2009. I paid $624.89 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Meaghan T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
