Delayed delivery from Comfort Inn

On October 3, 2016, I signed up for Comfort Inn's consultation at their Westside, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $106.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Americo O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
