Billing dispute with LibertyFiscal Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9085-ICA-4276 placed with LibertyFiscal Enterprises on May 22, 2022. I paid $699.92 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dangelo O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
