I have been a loyal customer of Premier Fabrication Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2207-CGR-1517) on April 4, 2007, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
