I have been a loyal customer of Treasury of Summit Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-1834-TKV-6404) on June 17, 1996, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
